My wife and I purchased the Motorola MBP33 based on the reviews, price, and functionality. We could not be happier with the performance. The sound is crystal clear without any interference at decent volumes (we have a lot of wireless activity at different frequencies going on in our house) and the picture works great, especially with the infrared night vision. We also love the temperature sensor capability. And if you need to set the camera away from the baby, it has decent digital zoom. We can't speak too much about the range because our home is not very big.
But what we are most happy with is the customer service we received with the product. We actually accidentally damaged the parent unit (the actual monitor) a couple of months after purchasing it. We were obviously upset and thought we had flushed $170 down the drain. But we called Motorola customer service the next day and they told us to send it back since it was still under warranty and they would ship us a new one. We did, and received a new baby monitor about a week later after only paying for shipping back to Motorola. My wife couldn't be happier with the way that customer service handled her call.
